Fire and flood restoration
Flooding caused by river overflow, heavy rain or burst water mains can cause severe damage to property and contents. There's a danger of contamination from raw sewage carrying extremely dangerous viral infections. And even after the water subsides, unless the dampness is treated properly, there's a risk of mould, mildew and bacteria.
Another hazard caused by water is damage to electrical systems.
Drying out property and contents has to be done carefully. If the process isn't carefully carried out, it will create excess humidity, which can spread the moisture to other areas, increasing the risk of mildew and other damage.
An Aridair system can form an important part of the restoration process, offering controlled heat and dry air, with remote monitoring to ensure optimum results.
